Trading history: 5+ years established
Sector
Open to most industries, with particular interest in e-commerce
Not considering: hospitality, property, print, fresh food & drink, or fashion
Operational
Team: minimum 8 staff (5 for e-commerce)
Leadership: an established manager or management team already in place, capable of running day-to-day without the founder
Location: England, with a preference for London and the M4/A34 corridor
